| The White House is the house where Lawrence Durrell lived and wrote his most famous novels. The house is located at the very end of Kalami bay just in front of the wave. It hasn't been changed in character since 1900, although its accommodation has been much inproved, in a charming and characterful local style. |
| The top floor forms an unusually spacious and airy apartment still with the original dining table and desk that Durrel whote on. There are magnificent views over the bay and out to sea from its small balcony of ever charming boat life. |
| The White House can accommodate up to 8 people. There are four twin bedrooms with ceiling fans, a large sitting and dinning room, kitchen which is fully equipped including washing mashine. |
